The task of this project was devided into three parts:
1. Visualisation of the EIB system in the Siblik building in Vienna using ELVIS software
The job for this part is, that the user can control light, heating, cooling and blinds of his office from
his workstation. But he can only control the office, for which he is registered. So there will be
about 22 user groups and one administrator. The administrater can control anything in the
visualisation.
2. Development and programming of an e-learning module concerned with photovoltaic and
EIB
This part involves the realisation of the EIB and the Photovoltaic e-learning unit. Both of them
include:
· basics
· layout
· application technologies
· quiz
and a glossary for better understanding and learning.
The e learning selections are for users who are new in business or electrician who want to
upgrade their firm to new technologies. People can look up this unit and learn at home or at the
company. The modules include all important information about the two systems. Programming will be done by a HTML Code. The flash animations will be created by macromedia dream weaver.
3.
Development of an EIB manual as a basis for planning EIB systems
This part of the
project is a EIB manual about home automation. This manual should be created
on Flash basis. Flash is an alternative to create web pages. This manual should give the
electrician the chance to show his customers the different uses of the EIB. In principle the manual
should become an informatic advertising.
